SANDCRAB STADIUM – IMPORTANT GAME DAY INFORMATION

Sandcrab fans, we are excited to welcome you back to Sandcrab Stadium! To help keep our students, families, and guests safe, please review these important procedures before attending a home football game.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
The Clear Bag Policy will be strictly enforced. Guests with bags that do not meet the requirements will be asked to return them to their vehicle. Diaper bags and required medical bags are permitted but are subject to search.

SECURITY SCREENING
Walk-through metal detectors will be used at stadium entrances. Please follow the directions of security personnel.
You DO NOT need to remove belts, watches, wallets, jewelry, shoes, jackets, or coins.
Large metal items such as phones, keys, cameras, and permitted seat cushions should be placed in the designated containers before walking through the detector.

ELEMENTARY STUDENTS (K–5)
• Must enter with a ticketed adult.
• Must remain under adult supervision throughout the game.
• Students without a supervising adult will not be admitted.
• Students may not hang out or play under the stands.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
• Must enter with a ticketed adult.
• Students wishing to sit in the designated Middle School Section J must have a current middle school ID.
• Students without an ID must sit with their supervising adult.
• Students must show their ID when requested by a school official.
• Students may not hang out or congregate under the stands.

CALHOUN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
• CHS students may enter without an adult only with a current CHS student ID.
• Students with reserved or general admission tickets may sit in the designated high school student section.
• The high school student section is for current CHS students only.
• Students must show their ID when requested by a school official.
• Students may not hang out or congregate under the stands.

🚫 PLEASE LEAVE THESE ITEMS AT HOME
• Backpacks
• Outside food or drinks
• Speakers or air horns
• Balls, toys, and games
• Confetti, streamers, powder, or other items that can be thrown
• Large signs, balloons, or anything that may obstruct another guest's view

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• No loitering or playing under the stands or in open areas of the stadium.
• Students who leave the stadium will not be allowed to re-enter.
• All students are expected to follow the Student Code of Conduct.
• Students who do not follow stadium procedures may be removed and subject to disciplinary consequences.
• Tickets will not be refunded if a student leaves or is removed from the stadium.
• These procedures apply to all home football games, including Freshman and JV games.
