Parent Rights SB 12 Amends Section 26.006 (Access to Teaching Materials) A parent of a student enrolled in the district or school is entitled to review the materials described by Subsection (a)(1) [all teaching materials, instructional materials, and other teaching aids used in the classroom of the parent's child, including while the child is participating in virtual or remote learning] and may request that the district or school make the materials available for review as provided by this section.
