 Back-to-School Immunization Reminder! 

The first day of school is quickly approaching! If your child will be entering 7th grade, they must have all required 7th-grade immunizations completed before the first day of school on August 12.

 Texas law requires that all students have either current immunization records or a valid exemption (waiver) on file with the school before attending classes.

If you received an Immunizations Due Notice, please:
 Take the notice to your child's healthcare provider. Have the provider document the required immunizations on the form. Return the completed form to your child's school nurse as soon as possible.

 Forms may also be emailed to dierlams@calcoisd.org.
