⛈️ Backup Inclement Weather Plan ⛈️

• In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the CHS Auditorium 

• CHS will notify students, parents, and faculty through ParentSquare and Facebook 

• Students received 7 tickets at graduation practice on Thursday, May 21. Parents--please obtain these tickets from your student and maintain their safe keeping in the event the ceremony is moved

• The ceremony will also be streamed live in the event of inclement weather

• Tickets are required for entry into the CHS Auditorium. Due to seating limitations and building occupancy requirements, additional tickets will not be available. 

🚫 Event Reminders 🚫

Regardless of event location: 

• CCISD's clear bag policy is in effect

• No outside food or drinks. Water will be sold inside the stadium

• Balloons or large posters/items that obstruct the view of the field are not allowed

• Air horns, bullhorns, megaphones, or other noise makers are not allowed

• Confetti poppers and all similar products are prohibited 

👕 Graduate Dress Code 👕

• Guys: Button-down shirt and dress shoes/boots.

• Ladies: Dress or blouse with slacks, and wedges or flats. For graduate safety, absolutely no stilettos/pointed heels.

• Everyone: No tennis shoes or work boots. No unapproved graduation regalia (cords, sashes, stoles, etc.). No decorated caps.
