Sign up for new after school program, "Camp Calhoun xSTREAM"

Calhoun County ISD is excited to offer a new after school program for elementary and middle school students that is available at no cost, thanks to a Texas COVID Learning Acceleration Grant.
"Camp Calhoun: xSTRAM Learning" will focus on sharpening students' math and reading skills, while also including homework help, academic support from certified teachers and small group tutoring. There will be plenty of fun and hands-on activities as well, including cooking, arts, music, STEM, sports and outdoor play. Healthy snacks and transportation are available.
Camp Calhoun is held at HJM Elementary, JR Elementary, POC School, Seadrift School, and Travis Middle School after school for 3 hours per day Monday - Thursday. The fall program will start on September 12 and run through December 8. The spring program will start on January 17 and run through April 20.
