Free behavioral health services for students

There is a new and free behavioral health service available for Calhoun County ISD students. 

The Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine program (TCHATT) is a grant-funded telemedicine service through UTMB that provides free behavioral health services to referred students. TCHATT services are voluntary and provided  virtually (through UTMB) - at home or at school -with a parent in attendance.
Services include:
- Mental health evaluations
-Short-term interventions
-Evidence-based treatment
-Referrals to community resources, if needed

To sign up for this service with UTMB, please reach out to your school counselor.
