The 8th grade Lady Fiddlers are now 12 – 0 after defeating Seadrift 36-12 on Thursday night. High scorer was Tishona White with 19 points, 7 rebounds. Miranda Moya 4 points, 6 steals, Kelsey Tidrick 4 points 6 steals, 7 rebounds. They will face Howell next week. Congrats!
Thursday night the Lady Fiddlers hosted the Lady Pirates of Seadrift. The 7th grade A team won 48 – 8. Results of the game were: Abby Hroch 14 pts, including a buzzer beater from the spiking line) Martina Stavinoha 12 pts, Alex Iglesias 6 pts, Alexis Alvarado, Allysah de las Santos, Skyla Calzada 4 pts each, Savannah Woodward and Genesis Villarreal 2 pts each. Genesis led in assists with 3, Martina had the most steals with 10 followed by Alexis with 6 and Abby and Alex 5 each, Alex and Martina had the most forced turnovers with 2 each. Martina led in rebounds 14 and blocked shots 3, followed in rebounds by Abby and Woody 8 each.
