CCISD shall maintain technological training, and implementation for students and staff, including a long-term upgradeable infrastructure. Academic excellence will occur by involving students, staff and community, thereby empowering all stakeholders to achieve success.
Before you contact the Technology Department :

Be prepared to answer questions about the problem you are reporting.

If there is an error message associated with your problem have it written down or visible on your screen.
- Gather as much information as you can about the problem. If a problem only occurs in a particular program, have the program open, and know the name and version of the program.
- Be sure to always try restarting the computer first. This step will solve a majority of problems.
